Anant is a recognized educator, trainer,
manager, consultant, public speaker, Kung-fu master, Zen-student and yet a
'nobody' as he chooses to put it. With a passion for excellence and a contagious
attitude, motivation and leadership are his forte. A 'peoples person' on a
mission to help people develop effective communication skills, build better
interpersonal relationships and live happier lives, he feels everybody would
benefit form his thought provoking workshops. |

Having risen from the ranks and worked as a Sales Manager for India's leading Pharmaceutical
companies like Elder and Natco (now a part of Sun Pharma), his track record of more
than a decade is marked by a series of accomplishments. He is known for his penchant
for troubleshooting and engineering remarkable turnarounds, leading underdogs to
glory.

Anant is an alumnus of and guest faculty at the University Business School, Punjab University, Chandigarh teaching subjects like
'Organizational Behaviour', 'Executive Communications' and 'International Comparative
Management' to the MBA, MIB, and M.Com students.

Currently Anant is pursuing a PhD in Human Resource Management.

He is a guest faculty at the Staff Training College, Oriental Bank of Commerce,
Chandigarh; conducting workshops on 'Leadership and Motivation', 'Positive Attitude',
'Team Building', 'Effective Communications' and 'Personality Development'.
Anant is also a consultant for the Times of India, India's number one English daily,
and has successfully conducted Teacher's Training workshops for their NIE program
in over 300 schools on topics such as 'Effective Communications for Effective Teaching'
'Public Speaking', 'Personality Enhancement' and 'Zen and The Art of Living'.
In addition to all this he heads a leading 'English Language and Communication skills
Academy' at Chandigarh, helping students prepare for tests like the IELTS,
the TOEFL, MBA entrance exams like CAT/XAT/GMAT and the GRE
besides enhancing their communication skills.
However, life has not always been a bed of roses for Anant. He had two major accidents
in his mid-twenties and was bed-ridden for almost two years. Advanced surgery and
determined effort put him back in action and he resumed strenuous exercising and
teaching Kung fu; to the surprise of the surgeons.
